1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos or video proof of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
  3. Email us at: info@skinpridesa.com (replace if needed)

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, OR
  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

3. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for personal preference or change of mind are not accepted due to hygiene standards.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
